Maintenance
Once you have purchased your property, we can assist you with all arrangements that need to be made. We offer you a range of services as listed below:
Registration of water / electricity connection
If you need a new water and/or electricity connection we are glad to register the connection on your behalf. We can also arrange a name transfer of an existing connection. Costs for a new water and electricity connection are app. £400,-.
Furniture
Don't know where to go to get your dream home furnished. We are happy to show around some of Altinkum's finest furniture shops. We also assist you with installation of satellite dish, tephone & internet line etc.
Cleaning Service
Dont want to spend your first day back cleaning the house, cutting and weeding the garden; Upon your request we offer a (first day) cleaning service. We can also make sure your garden and pool are in excellent condition at your arrival.
Management Services
At Blue Bird Homes we aim to give our Clients our utmost attention in managing your property while you are in England and ensure all matters proceed smoothly to give you peace of mind.
Whether you are entering the rental market for the first time, or you currently have a home in Altinkum, you may wish to use a Managing Agent who understands the value and importance of your property whilst you are in England. We ensure you are offered upto date advice and information and this is carried out efficiently and professionally.
Our Management Agency gives you full peace of mind when allowing us to look after your property. Offering a fresh new approach to managing properties in our new prominent office here in Altinkum.
Maintenance
If something should happen to your property and requires urgent attention we have a dedicated team that we can call to assess and report back to the office and we advise you of all repair quotes prior to carrying out any work. We will then arrange for work to be undertaken once consent from yourselves has been received.
Property & Inventory Inspections
As part of the Management Agreement with you we will carry out full inspections and inventory checks to your property, sending you a report quarterly for your records. This service is offered for those who do not have the time to carry out their own inspections of their property. The inspection will be undertaken by a member of Blue Bird Homes who will hold a set of keys to your property .
