We are a licensed estate agency and construction company and we are here to help you from the moment you step into our office till when you are lying by the pool of your own property.
The first step begins when you decide you are interested in buying a property in Didim. We always advice you to deal with a licensed estate agency, this way you will be protected in case your purchase did not go as planned.
Agreement
Once you have chosen a property you wish to purchase we can arrange for you to go to a solicitor to draw up pre-sales agreement and have the benefit of a objective translater to answer any queries you may have. The terms and conditions as stated in your contract have to be agreed and signed by both seller and buyer.
Deposit
A deposit of 10% is payed before application at the Land Registry Office. A further payment schedule is made in your pre-sales agreement. The final payment of (usually) 10% is done when all legal procedures are finalised and both parties are called for transaction of the title deeds.
Permission
In Turkey an application has to be made to the Army Headquarters in order to get permission to buy a property as a foreigner. We can deal with this procedure on your behalf. This procedure normally takes 3-6 months to complete. Blue Bird Homes will notify you at arrival of your approval.
Deed Delivery
Once you have recieved approval for transfer of the title deed we meet at the notery to tranfer the title deeds on your name.
If it is not possible for you to come to Turkey at this stage you can leave power of attorney with us and we will transfer the deeds into your name on your behalf.
