Looking for your personal dream home in the sun, but couldn't find anything to suit your specifications? Why not see us about the possibility of having a private villa build, designed to fit your needs and requirements.
We provide you with a personal service from start to finish. Should you require so we can find a building plot in the right location, if you allready own a plot we will sit and discuss what can be build there.
We arrange all building and legal paperwork, build your villa to European standards, landscape gardens, build your swimming pool.
If you are staying abroad whilst the property is build we keep you up to date through email and telephone so you know exactly what is going on at all stages of the build.
We offer you stage payments, arranged to fit in with your financial plans. All costs will be discussed before building and a legal representative of your choice will draw up a contract for you.
Often individually built villa's work out even cheaper than existing resale properties. Further more your villa will be built according to up to date building regulations, with full insulation saving you on heating costs and air conditioning in the summer. All of our builds have a 10 year construction garantue. Before you make any commitments you can see our finished properties so you can judge the quality of our builds.
